To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following magical criteria:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Items must be in their original, magical state
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

To protect the magical integrity of certain products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made character apparel (due to their unique, made-to-order nature)
  • Opened fantasy toy sets where the magical seal has been broken
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
  • Gift cards and downloadable content

We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Items

Package your items securely with the original packaging and include your Return Authorization Number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Magical Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.

💳 Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Once your return is processed, please allow:

  • Credit Card payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to process

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
