At Lionel Promotional, we believe every magical experience should be perfect. If your character-inspired apparel or fantasy toys don’t quite meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right with our enchanting returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Period
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure our magical creations are exactly what you envisioned.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following magical criteria:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original tags and packaging must be attached
- Items must be in their original, magical state
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
❌ Non-Returnable Items
To protect the magical integrity of certain products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made character apparel (due to their unique, made-to-order nature)
- Opened fantasy toy sets where the magical seal has been broken
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
- Gift cards and downloadable content

Receive Authorization
We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Ship Your Items
Package your items securely with the original packaging and include your Return Authorization Number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Magical Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.

Once your return is processed, please allow:
- Credit Card payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to process
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the returned product. If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
